Human Resources and Recruitment services fulfill a range of functions, with the primary roles being to support the recruitment, management, and development of staff.
We work with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to ensure the Human Resources & Recruitment NOS (National Occupational Standards) reflect industry needs and are fit for purpose.
Two NOS suites have been developed to cover HR and Recruitment related job functions.

These NOS are equally applicable to those who see themselves in either a ‘personnel’ or a ‘people management’ role. They cover a full range of HR functions from developing and implementing strategy through to designing operational procedures.
