The Instructus family of companies advances education for the public benefit through the promotion of qualifications, training and skills.
Formed in 1996 as Skills CFA, our focus on skills development has led us to become the largest apprenticeship issuing authority in the UK (by number of certificates issued). Our work on apprenticeship standards impacts 11 million people every year, with our expertise in the field earning global recognition.
Since 2013 the Instructus family has grown to include CQM Training & Consultancy and the Springboard Consultancy. These two unique training companies have enabled us to complete a wider part of the learner journey, giving us the opportunity to do more with our charitable remit.
Instructus was born in 2016. By incorporating our services into a single end-to-end package, we work with organisations, charities and community groups to further the potential of those who have been underserved and left behind by society.
